How often: Every day. 

Skin Types:  Great for all skin types however if you are super sensitive you may want to check out our Sensitive range. Not intended for use on the face. 

Directions:  Shake before use and apply to skin especially on exposed areas such as lower legs, arms and decolletage. A little goes a long way so you won't need much!
