Damage Waiver

Most of our renters take extra care when renting our garments, however we do understand that accidents happen every now and then. The Damage Waiver is a small protection fee available to all renters to cover minor damages and marks to take some of the stress out of renting from us.

    • IMPORTANT INFO: Please select the date you are wearing the garment, and adjust the rental type (duration) so that your return date is the next working day (Monday for weekend rentals - NOT SAT/SUN). If the start date is available on the duration you have selected, the dress is available 

      Postal orders for the weekend must be placed by Wednesday 3pm. Weekday orders must be placed at least 2 working days prior to your event. If you book after these time frames your order will be cancelled and refunded. Pick up orders are available to be booked right up until the weekend.
