Consignment

Do you have a designer garment that you’ve only worn once and now it's sitting in the back of your wardrobe. Why not consign your designer garments with us and get paid each time one of your garments rents, without the stress of renting it yourself.

How it works:

We accept a range of dresses and garments of all sizes. These items must be in new or in excellent condition. These garments will be sent to us and we will keep ahold of them with our stock and rent them out on your behalf. Please make sure these garments are sent to us clean. If your garment you wish to consign doesn't meet these standards or is not one that is likely to rent often with our customer base, we may decline consignments of some items. 

If you know the RRP or have the original receipt please send this through so we can determine a price based on the original selling price. 

Our consignment agreement is for 3 months at a time and your garments will be listed on our website for this period of time. At the end of the 3 month period we will decide how well your item has been rented and will either ask if you want to extend this consignment for another 3 months or we will return your dress to you at the end of this period if it is not renting well with our customer base. 

As a consigner, you will earn 50% of the rental price after shipping and cleaning costs. For each garment that you rent, you will be sent a bank transfer of the funds you are owed at the end of each month. 

You must not list your garment anywhere for sale or rent while consigning with Dress to impress New Zealand
